Flights :

Phitsanulok airport, located a few kilometers out of town, serves the area with daily flights from Bangkok.

Thai Airways operate several direct flights daily from Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok) to Phitsanulok Airport; the trip takes 40-45 minutes for flying.

Trains :

Trains leave the Bangkok's Hua Lamphong Railway Station for Phitsanulok every day from 7:05 am to 11:30 pm. 14 times a day. There are also express trains, called Sprinters, from Bangkok to Phitsanulok departing daily from 8:25 am to 11:10 pm, 5 times a day

There are daily trains from Phitsanulok to Bangkok, from 2.05 am to 11.29 pm, 14 times a day; there are express trains (Sprinters) every day from 02:05 am to 11:00 pm, 4 times a day.

Buses :

Phitsanulok is on the intersection of several major highways. Major roads through the province include:

Highway No. 11 (Ta Khli - Phitsanulok - Lampang - Chiang Mai)
Highway No. 12 (Tak - Phitsanulok - Lom Sak - Khon Kaen)
Highway No. 117 (Phitsanulok - Nakhon Sawan)

The Phitsanulok bus station (Tel: +66 55 242430) is located 3 km from downtown. There are buses from 06:30 am to 10:00 pm about every hour. In Bangkok, buses depart to Phitsanulok from the North Bangkok Bus Terminal (also known as Moh Chit or Mor Chit or Morchit, Tel: +66 29 378055 / +66 29 363660), it is located on Kamphaeng Phet 2 Road. There are first class air-conditioned buses, non-air-conditioned buses. From 01:00 pm to 10:00 pm about every hour.
