Additionally, silverware, wood carving and other hill tribe handicrafts are quite popular with tourists.

Nan is also famous for making musical instruments, like the Saloh, similar to a violin, and the Sung, a guitar-like instrument and for its Som Si Thong (golden oranges), they are in season in December.
